You need to cancel your appointment via your dashboard. When you made the appointment you would have received login details to your dashboard. In the dashboard click on my appointment’s and click cancel appointment.

By cancelling your appointment via your dashboard allows another person to have your appointment time. It also notifies the massage therapists so they don’t waste their time driving to your address.

Remember! Deposits are non refundable when  you cancel  your appointment.

Why do i need to pay a deposit?

There are many reason why we use a deposit. When an appointment is made we do not allow any other person to take your appointment. We may lose another client who wanted the appointment you cancelled. Because we are a ‘mobile’ service, it can cover any out of pocket costs.
